“I will NEVER and I mean NEVER go back there. They charge me for everything including the 2 complimentary water in the room. I've stayed at all types of hotels around the country and the majority give you at the least a contintal breakfast. The lady was how can i say, she wasn't color blind, but there was one tht was and she made sure we were happy, she wanted to give my wife and I some stuff but that wasn't why we spoke to management. So we refused it finished our stay and left. So if you asked...

“I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

“Ottimo per chi vuole visitare le Indiana Dunes. Il motel si trova a pochi passi dai ristoranti (raggiungibili però in macchina in quanto si trova all'uscita della Highway) e da due grandi supermercati. Colazione ideale per noi italiani (pane burro e marmellata, muffin tipici americani, uova, salsicce, caffè e succhi di frutta. Camere pulite e spaziose, personale cordiale. ”

“The staff was great, however housekeeping is lacking. We booked a king suite for three nights and our original room was pretty dirty. Brown splatter on the bathroom door and brown splatter in the grout of the bathroom floor and under the vanity. Black mold around the ceiling vent. We did get moved to a different room however it was smaller than our original room. The staff was accommodating as possible, and did move us to a nice very large room our last night. Breakfast was okay. Pool was okay....

“The bathroom floor was rotting so it would kind of give away a little when you stood in front of the shower. The toilet was a little tippy. We had to reset our key three times because the card wouldn’t stay magnetized. The breakfast was nice.”
